Slitter cut
Consiste en cortar lamina desde un rollo a cintas de diferentes
anchos y espesores a conveniencia del cliente. Contamos con la maquinaria adecuada para realizar tu proyecto.
Sheet leveling and cutting
It is a process that consists of unrolling and cutting the sheet so that it is completely smooth and without curvatures, in the shape of a sheet.
Corrugated Sheet
Process by which we can manufacture sheets with a pattern of
Ridges known as grooved, in this way the installation of ceilings and walls is easier. We have different types of grooved, made with specific properties in order to guarantee its usefulness in a variety of projects.
Cut and fold
We have the service of sheet cut and folded to the
measure, we cut and prepare the piece to proceed to fold it in the way that your project requires.
Stamping
It is carried out using a die-cutter, which is a machine
composed of a die and a cutting matrix. The die has the dimensions and the shape of the cut that is sought to be made, while the cutting die is where the die is inserted to cut the steel with precision.
Plasma cut
It is a system in which an electric arc is used by means of which steel is cut through a high velocity jet of ionized gas which is sent from a constriction orifice. Plasma cutting guarantees finishes with the highest precision.
Welding
Fixing process in which the union of two or more pieces of steel is made, usually achieved through fusion, in which the pieces are welded by melting.
